Construct 10’s first major project in Chichester. 

 

Construct 10 were headhunted and subsequently awarded this contract by Stuart Mackley, one of the Directors of a former development company “Seamac Ltd”, Stuart had now set up a new fresh and quality driven development Company. 

 

Construct 10 proudly worked alongside Stuart to produce the 2 finest looking homes, Marchbank & Oakwood, in Fordwater Road,  Chichester. It was during the construction of these 2 homes that a director of MH Architects of Chichester visited the site and we became aware of how our quality was seen to be a market leader. We knew we were good but didn’t realize how good we actually were. 

 

“You just don’t see this quality and attention to detail in this industry” was the comment made by HG a Director of MH Architects.
